NSO Birth Certificate Request Via Chat

Teleserv, the premier partner of the National Statistics Office in providing NSO Birth Certificate Delivery Helpline 737-1111, has launched a new channel where people can access their NSO certificates. Filipinos can now chat online and request their certificates while surfing the net.

By logging in to www.birthcertificates.com.ph, one click is all it takes to open a chat window where NSO Customer Care Officers are ready to assist applicants on the intricacies of procuring their NSO certificates. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on Sundays and holidays. All requested NSO certificates will be delivered to the applicant’s doorstep anywhere in the country. Applicants can also inquire and confirm information, questions, and other concerns via chat.

Teleserv, ang pangunahing katuwang ng National Statistics Office sa paghahatid ng NSO Birth Certificate Delivery Helpline 737-1111, ay naglunsad ng bagong paraan upang makuha ng mga aplikante ang kanilang dokumento sa NSO. Ngayon, maaari nang makipag-usap at makakuha ng NSO certificate sa pamamagitan ng chat sa internet.

Pumunta lamang sa www.birthcertificates.com.ph, at isang click lang ay mabubuksan na ang “chat window” kung saan maraming NSO Customer Care Officers ang handang makipagusap sa mga aplikante at sagutin ang kanilang mga pangangailangan sa pagkuha ng dokumento ng NSO. Ang serbisyo ay bukas 24-oras araw-araw, maging araw nang Linggo o holiday man. Ang lahat ng NSO certificates ay i-dedeliver sa bahay o opisina ng aplikante saan mang parte ng bansa. Ang mga aplikante ay maaari ring mag-tanong ng iba pang mga impormasyon sa pamamagitan ng chat.

"After Shift" the Call Center Agents Day Celebration Highlights

 

Sixteen call center bands wowed the 3000-strong crowd and the judges with their winning set at the Jammin' Battle of the Bands, a highlight at the CCAP Call Center Agents Day last November 22 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

 

Taking out first place was Sitel's very own band ACW, which has won one hundred thousand pesos worth of prizes. Aegis People Support’s Apathy bagged the second place while KGB’s 4-11 and Stellar’s Scralatchtica shared the third place position.

 

Out of 28 competing bands during the elimination round on November 8, sixteen were chosen to perform for a crowd of cheering call center professionals in the much awaited Jammin' finals night. All bands were judged on musicianship, originality and creativity, stage presence, style and presentation, audience impact and overall impact by well known and respected musical artists Wency Cornejo, Mark Abaya, Mon Faustino, Alwyn Cruz and Jamir Garcia.

 

To add to the fun and excitement of the night, two popular local bands Chicosci and Parokya ni Edgar played their best selections to the crowd’s delight.

 

The call center's very own ramp models also stole the limelight of the night. Agents, managers and executives called Fashionistas 2009 walked the ramp in signature clothes provided by SM Department Store. Call center professionals who participated were from Accenture, Advanced Contact Solutions , Inc. (ACS), Aegis PeopleSupport, Inc., Bayantel, Blue Bean, ContactCenter.com, Convergys, eTelecare Global Solutions, Genpact Services LLC, Global Contact Services Int'l., ICT Group, KGB Philippines, Pacific Hub, PIASI, PLDT, Sitel, StarTek International Limited, Stellar Global, Sykes Asia, Inc., Visaya KPO, and VXI Global Holding.

 


Finalists for the Jammin Battle of the Bands Announced (update 2 - November 19, 2009)

The news really flew fast and thick After Shift! The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) now announces the finalist bands to compete on the Jammin finals night on November 22, 2009 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

Battle of the Bands 2009 Elimination Round (updated 1 - Nov 12, 2009)

The third installment of the Call Center Battle of the Bands went underway last November 8, 2009 at the SM Center Stage of SM Mall of Asia in Pasay.  This year, a total of 28 call center bands accepted the challenge to become the next CCAP Battle of the Bands Grand Champion.

This event sponsored by SM, featured 2001 Rock Awards band of the year nominee Slapshock as guest band.

Hosted by Rico Robles of Monster Radio RX93.1 and Mia Bayuga of Magic 89.9, all 28 bands showcased their talents and were judged by the country's top music experts -  Kjwan's Marc Abaya, ChicoSci's Miggy Chavez, Afterimage lead singer Wency Cornejo, former South Border lead singer Luke Mijares, and CCAP Executive Director Jojo Uligan.

It was a "rocking" event as family, friends and fellow agents cheer for their favorite bands.  In the end, only 16 bands survived and they advanced to the Grand Finals.

RP call centers still growing despite crisis

TAGUIG CITY, Philippines – Amid economic pressure and low operational expenditure from global markets, the country’s contact center business will remain robust until the end of the year, according to a study commissioned by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).

During the kickoff for its upcoming industry conference, CCAP president Benedict Hernandez revealed that they commissioned a study from Pricewaterhouse Coopers to validate some of the concerns of the local industry.

Hernandez said results of the study are currently being evaluated by CCAP and will be revealed during the CCAP Call Center Conference and Expo 2009 in mid-July.

CCAP Golf 2009

The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) held its 5th Annual Call Center Executives Golf Challenge at the Eastridge Golf Club in Binangonan, Rizal last June 8.  This exclusive, invitational golf tournament was well attended by top executives from the call center industry as well as the top vendors and suppliers of the industry.
