The Program Goal

The Spa in partnership with the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) presents Wellness Program for Contact Centers. Its aim is to provide a parallel lifestyle and an opportunity to all its members to counter stress towards better productivity.

Here’s what we do for our members:

Promotion of company products and services
We prioritize our members when we do promotions and trade missions here and abroad, and help coordinate potential site visits from prospective customers or investors.

Access to CCAP trainings, seminars, and conferences
Our members enjoy preferred and priority status in our learning events, including significant discounts on sponsorship packages and seminar fees.

We organize social and sports events to promote networking opportunities and camaraderie among our members and with other industry stakeholders.

Access to an international network of contact center associations with whom CCAP is affiliated
We help our members get in touch with international call center associations.

We will help negotiate discounted fees for our members for various products and services.

Assistance in government coordination
We can help our members coordinate with various government agencies.

Access to a comprehensive network of customer contact professionals in the Philippines
We have a growing database of call center professionals as well as job seekers applying for call center work.
