It was more than perfect, it was ePerfect! That’s how ePerformax Contact Centers and BPO celebrated its 10th Anniversary in the Philippines the first weekend in May. Hailed as one of the pioneers of the country’s BPO industry, ePerformax celebrated its achievements in a one-of-kind extravaganza at the SMX Convention Center on May 6th. The day before ePerformax celebrated its 5th year of operation in Cebu – the Queen City of the South – with a luau-themed party at the Maribago Blue Waters.
ePerformax’s history started with a joint venture between Transnational Diversified Group and Performance Consulting Group. As one of the first contact centers in the Philippines in 2002, ePerformax has primarily focused its operations on providing the highest levels of customer service and BPO to a select group of Fortune 500 and other global companies to support their English-speaking customers in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Today, ePerformax is known to be a top performing call center and BPO company known for its quality, performance development, training and best-in-class customer service with more than 3,000 high caliber employees in Manila and Cebu.
The “ePerfect” celebration went back in time through a talk show/musical variety format with Teresa Hartsaw, President and CEO and Dennis Lindley, COO participating in interviews with partners, employees and key clients sharing their accomplishments and fondest memories of the past 10 years. Special production numbers were performed by ePerformax’s talented employees and included song medleys, modern and hip hop dance revues, a Caribbean dance routine and a Lion King Musical reprise which all added color and flavor to the program. Special recognition with a “Tribute Award” was also given to notable employees, partners and clients who contributed to the company’s success during the past 10 years. One important recipient of a Tribute Award was J. Roberto Delgado, the Chairman of Transnational Diversified Group and partner in ePerformax. The program ended with the performance of a hip-hop rap song “We Are Number One,” which won ePerformax’s PERFORMusic Song Writing Contest. But the party didn’t stop there. A live ePerformax band blasted some party hits that got everyone dancing.
It was truly one of the biggest events of the year. Why? Because it was more than perfect… in fact, it’s an ePerfect 10 Years!
