About the Speaker

Butch Villamor is presently the President and Chief Executive Officer of ONE OUTSOURCE DIRECT, a customer centric call center which specializes in outbound and inbound telemarketing, as well as, business process outsourcing.

Butch has 18 years of experience in Telemarketing. In 1987, Butch set up the first Citibank Citiphone Center when call centers in the Philippines were totally unheard of. After which, he headed the Customer Service department, then became Director for Marketing of American Express in 1993. In 1995, he became General Manager of Quartermaster International, a home TV shopping/direct marketing company. It was here where he created a centralized automated telemarketing system for Home TV Shopping.

Butch then moved to become President of two subsidiaries of Union Bank of the Philippines, First Union Plans and First Union Direct. Butch graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University and finished his Masters in Business Management degree at the Asian Institute of Management.
