THE SPA’s Wellness Program for CCAP
The Program Goal
The Spa in partnership with the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) presents Wellness Program for Contact Centers. Its aim is to provide a parallel lifestyle and an opportunity to all its members to counter stress towards better productivity.
CCAP Advantage
The following are the exclusive privileges given to all the agents and member-companies under CCAP:
A) Individual / Employees
1. Member’s Rate Privilege
All CCAP members’ employees (agents, etc) and Secretariat will enjoy the member’s rate on regular spa services by just presenting their valid ID to any of The Spa branch.
2. Frequency Privilege
This program is The Spa’s way of showing appreciation to all CCAP members who visit the branch and avail of its services at least 2-4 times a month.
Frequent visitors will receive the following:
· FREE P1000 Wellness Gift Card for ten (10) body massages worth P1000 and up (member’s rate applied) within three months.
· FREE P2000 Wellness Gift Card for ten (10) different services worth P1000 and up (member’s rate applied) within three months.
Requirement: Valid Company ID and Official Receipts
3. Birthday Privilege
CCAP employees and secretariat is entitled to a FREE foot massage when combined with an Aromatherapy Executive Massage on his birthday.
Requirement: Valid Company ID and any ID with the person’s birthday
4. Annual Membership Privilege
CCAP employees and secretariat are entitled to receive the following discounts when they enroll for any of The Spa membership packages:

As a member, the person is entitled to receive the following perks:
· Unlimited access to steam, sauna, contrast therapy baths, shower and vanity amenities in any branch
· FREE Executive (for Ruby)/ Deluxe (Coral)/ Gym Usage (Silver) for 12 months
· Other perks which may be given by The Spa on a regular basis

Note: All above privileges are non-transferrable
B) Corporate / Company
1. Special Group Rates
This refers to the special discount given for group reservations or “SPArty” packages for ten (10) persons or more.
· For services between P750-999, a 10% discount will apply on the total bill.
· For services P1000 and above, a 20% discount will apply on the total bill.

2. Cumulative Purchase and Reservation Incentive Program
This incentive will give the company an opportunity to maximize the discounts they will get by combining the total value of their present purchase with their previous transactions.
Regular discounts given for bulk purchases of The Spa Gift Certificates (GCs) and Wellness Gift Cards (WGCs):
P8,000 to P49,999 = 10% discount
P50,000 to P99,999 = 15% discount
P100,000 to P299,999 = 18% discount
P300,000 and up = 20% discount
The Cumulative Purchase and Reservation Incentive Program extend this privilege to both purchases of GCs and WGCs as well as bulk reservations (exclusive of nail care, paraffin treatments, wellness treatments as well as in-house packages).

3. Special Payment Term Privilege
A 30-day payment term is offered to all CCAP-member companies.
