The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) held its 5th Annual Call Center Executives Golf Challenge at the Eastridge Golf Club in Binangonan, Rizal last June 8. This exclusive, invitational golf tournament was well attended by top executives from the call center industry as well as the top vendors and suppliers of the industry.
After a week of rain, the sun finally smiled on us, in time for the tournament. The event started with the traditional tee-off ceremony headed by Mr. Jovi Hernandez, PLDT Corporate Relations Management Head; Mr. Jon Arayata, Assistant Vice President of Bayantel; Mr. Jesus "Buboy" Romero, Globe Telecom Enterprise Segments Head; and Mr. Raffy David, Director of Marketing and Quality Assurance of Pilipinas Teleserv and CCAP Director of Membership and Events Committee.After the tournament, a networking lunch immediately followed at the Thunderbird Resort where the executives and guests were treated to a sumptuous meal. Mr. Raffy David updated everyone of the upcoming events of CCAP followed by Mr. Jojo Uligan (CCAP Exective Director) and Mr. Mitch Locsin (Global Business Development Executive - Logica Philippines) hosting the awarding ceremony and raffling of prizes. Everyone enjoyed the event especially the wonderful prizes provided by their sponsors PLDT, GN Netcom, Bayan Telecommunications, Bistro Group, Globe Telecom, Plantronics, TW Steel, Urban Golf, Teledata, Digitel Telecommunications, Discovery Suites, Huawei, Microsoft, Datacraft, Thunderbird Resorts, Sykes Asia and CIBI.
It was a day to remember as it has been for the past four years of this annual event.
